竞赛示知

1.         王法

1.1.     比赛撤职《风帆竞赛王法》（简称RRS）中所界说的王法，其中RRS附录E将适用。

1.2.     比赛也撤职下列文档包含的本体：

《海外一米级级别王法》；

《风帆器材王法》（简称ERS）；

《分组竞赛措置系统》（简称HMS）；

《无线电遥控风帆判例书》;

1.3.     仲裁可发布加速抗议和抵偿经由的阐发文档。

1.4.     若有因王法谈话版块引起的争议，以英文版块的本体为主。

2.         参赛级别与阅历

2.1.     遥控风帆竞赛包含以下级别：

IOM级（公开组）;

F5-550级（青少年组）。

其中IOM级青少年选手达到或逾越6东说念主可单独名次。

2.2.     青少年选手的诞辰应当晚于2005年1月1日。

3.         报名

3.1.     每个俱乐部最多可报6条船参赛，参赛船只数上限为76条。

3.2.     报名费IOM级为400元/船，F5-550级为200元/船。未交报名费的选手不得下水参赛。

3.3.     参赛队请于2023年4月15日前将报名表发送至指定邮箱，报名表见附录A。

3.4.     报名费可通过银行转账支付至国度体育总局青岛航校账户，详见附录B，已毕时分参见3.3。

3.5.     礼聘于现场报到时缴纳报名费的，每东说念主要加收100元的滞纳金。

4.         现场报到

4.1.     参赛选手的现场报到时分为2023年4月29日（周六）09:00至11:00，整个参赛选手应捎带器材并完成如下事项：

(a)    报到及审核报名费；

(b)   领取组委会派发的参赛物品；

(c)    出示灵验丈量文凭并参预器材磨砺。

现场报到已毕仍未通过器材磨砺的选手将无需审理被取消参赛阅历。

4.2.     无线电频率应为2.4GHz。

6.         丈量律例

6.1.     现场报到及器材磨砺时，船只必须备好丈量文凭。

6.2.     独一通过器材磨砺的船只才有参赛阅历。

7.         飞行详情

飞行详情将在现场报到时公布。

8.         记分及竞赛才智

比赛将按照分组竞赛措置系统（HMS）组织竞赛和记分，本次比赛至少应完成3轮竞赛。

9.         免责声明

参赛选手须我方承担参赛的风险和包袱，见王法3，参赛的决定。组委会不合参赛东说念主员赛前，赛中庸赛后可能发生的东说念主员伤一火，自有器材与物品的损坏和丢失谨慎。

10.      保障

每位参赛选手应办理灵验的第三方包袱险，最低额度为50万元东说念主民币且理赔限度包含中国。在本竞赛规程中，“船只”也包含四肢操控者的参赛选手。

NOTICE OF RACE

1.         RULES

1.1.     The event will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing. RRS Appendix E will apply.

1.2.     The following documents will also govern the event:

International One Meter Class Rules

Equipment Rules of Sailing

Heat Management System (HMS)

WS Call Book for Radio Sailing

1.3.     The Jury may publish a document setting out an accelerated procedure for protests and requests for redress.

1.4.     If there is a conflict between languages the English text will take precedence.

2.         ELIGIBILITY

2.1.     The radio sailing is opened to all boats of the following classes:

IOM (Open);

F5-550 (Youth).

IOM youth skippers may be ranked separately when entry number reaches 6.

2.2.     The birthday of the youth competitors shall be later than January 1st 2005.

3.         ENTRY

3.1.     Each club may enter up to 6 boats. The limitation of all the entry boats should be 76.

3.2.     Entry fees are 400 RMB per boat for IOM， 200 RMB per boat for F5-550. People who did not pay the entry fee shall not launch boats during the race.

3.3.     Entry Form (Appendix A) shall be received by specified email no later than 15 April 2023.

3.4.     Teams who have entered may pay the entry fee in advance by bank transfer (Appendix B). See 3.3 for validity time.

3.5.     The fee mentioned above may be paid in cash (CNY only) or credit card during the on-site registration.

4.         ON-SITE REGISTRATION

4.1.     Members of each team may complete an on-site registration from 9:00 to 11:00 on 29 April. Teams shall complete the following with their competition boats present on site:

(a)    Check-in and verify the entry fee.

(b)   Receive the items submitted by the OC.

(c)    Show their valid measurement certificate and go through equipment check.

Competitors who cannot pass the equipment check by the end of registration will be disqualified without hearing.

4.2.     The frequency shall be 2.4GHz.

6.         MEASUREMENT

6.1.     Boats together with their measurement certificates shall be presented for on-site registration and equipment inspection.

6.2.     No boat shall be eligible to race until it has been registered and has passed equipment inspection.

7.         SAILING INSTRUCTIONS (SIs)

The SIs will be available at registration.

8.         SCORING AND RACING SYSTEM

The event shall be raced and scored under the Heat Management System. 3 races are required to be completed to constitute the event.

9.         LIABILITY

Competitors participate in the event entirely at their own risk. See rule 3， Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to， during， or after the regatta.

10.      INSURANCE

Each boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of 500，000 RMB and the claim coverage includes China. For the purposes of NOR the term ‘boat’ includes the designated competitor.
